DPI Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Setup Machinist capable of independently setting up and operating CNC turning equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. This position focuses on complete machine setups—not production operation alone. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, select and install tooling, set workholding, establish offsets, prove out existing programs, and make the adjustments necessary to produce conforming parts.
