🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Corporate + Technology 📄 Fixed Term Contract - 3 months (initial project but will extend) 📍Remote - United Kingdom   We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their a mix of Corporate and Technology hiring. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for marketing, operations, people and technology finance roles – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, to offer negotiations and acceptance   This is for a high-growth start-up, and you’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.   🌟 What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers Source top talent through creative and strategic methods Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience Drive continuous improvement in how we hire Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months   🔍 What You Bring: Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment Track record in hiring across EMEA. Confident working independently and managing stakeholders Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused Build real Trust with our client   💬 Let’s Talk!
