About our TIP Mechanic Academy (TMA) We launched the TIP Mechanic Academy in 2021 to give people the opportunity to build a real, long-term career in a hands-on technical trade. You’ll join TIP and from day one and spend 9 months training to become a Certified Trailer Mechanic .
